With some time available during the latest lockdown I found an article that really resonated within. It focussed on why ADHD diagnosis is so challenging in girls and women, almost with a stereotypical expectation that it’s a “male disorder”. The article concludes with a list of symptoms that are typical of ADHD, mistakenly not being given a second glance with the statement “everyone does that”.

Common symptoms can include a short attention span, being disorganised and procrastination.
